Owner names, mailing addresses, assessed values, last sale prices, year built, bedrooms. The same public source ATTOM and CoreLogic license — except we built the pipes ourselves. 18 natural hazard risk scores by county — wildfire, flood, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, hail, heat wave, drought, winter weather, and 9 more. Per-capita annualized loss rate percentiles so you're not comparing Maricopa County to rural Kansas unfairly. The same dataset FEMA uses to allocate disaster preparedness funds.
